  1. I had to have 1 but when they pulled it out it does feel uncomfortable but nothing like razorblades it just feels like somethings wrapped around your ribs in your back. just take a deep breath in and when they're ready to pull keep breathing out every time there pulling. don't you just dislike when people try to push things on you when you basically want to say how you feel and it still trying to act like they're your doctor or your mother? if I want advice I will ask. you are more likely to know your own body more than anyone else. if I say I am weak and I find a way to change that that means I know what I'm doing. and if I can't change that then I will go to the doctor if I can't look nothing up. I kept myself living this long not my doctor. I don't mind suggestions but if I tell you I found the way to fix it down the way to fix it. not trying to be mean or rude. Its like no 1 listens they just want to talk even when they have more problems physically then me .
  3. not sure sorry. But i am happy that you met your goal.
  4. my insurance company wanted 7 month of nutrition but since he found the hernia and saw that the acid reflex did so much damage to my stomach they skipped all that and I was in the surgery a week later. I guess I was kinda on the lucky side. and I know how it is to have the military insurance .
  5. I started watching this before I had my surgery and after I have my surgery I watch it even more. just because I can't eat it don't mean I can't cook it for others and a healthier lifestyle.
  6. have you ever heard of the saying you know your body almost as well as any other person. well that's me I'm not the type of person to sit around and wait for doctors appointments to fix myself . I go and I do my research. if you see me now or before you couldn't tell I was obese because I didn't have any kind of health problems I am tall my weight is equal portions and I work out in a gym everyday. the reason I got this surgery it's because it cost so much to buy my clothes plus I feel like even though I'm healthy I didn't wanna take a chance on getting high blood pressure diabetes or cancer which runs in my family. I'm not being rude I'm just been real about who I am because I didn't ask for help I just gave my opinion of how I was feeling. I know if I'm feeling weak is either because I didn't eat enough of something or I just need to move. and if that doesn't work I will call my doctor by Doctor would be my last resort. I'm a Google phonetic.

  10. I think he's making it hard for me because he knows I will find a way to get the answer when others will simply depend on him for everything and he's right. This sista has her thinking cap on
