don't you just dislike when people try to push things on you when you basically want to say how you feel and it still trying to act like they're your doctor or your mother? if I want advice I will ask. you are more likely to know your own body more than anyone else. if I say I am weak and I find a way to change that that means I know what I'm doing. and if I can't change that then I will go to the doctor if I can't look nothing up. I kept myself living this long not my doctor. I don't mind suggestions but if I tell you I found the way to fix it down the way to fix it. not trying to be mean or rude. Its like no 1 listens they just want to talk even when they have more problems physically then me .
