    I went to the gym last night. which is 10 days after surgery I stayed on the treadmill for 15 minutes then I went to work my triceps and biceps and I feel great. I even walked up a bunch of steps in my sister house. I got to sleep on my stomach all night for the first time without waking up in pain.

    I went to the gym last night and yeah I did a semi light workout I did the treadmill for 15 minutes work my biceps and my tricep and nothing more. and woke up this morning feeling great I even slept on my stomach for the first time all night without waking up in pain.

    if you have a smartphone or play store try this app jefit it has a great body map so if there's a certain part of your body you want to work on it has many many exercise for it with or without weights

    I found this cool application on my phone. is for those of you who have smartphones or the play store. it has different guidelines on different parts of your body that you want to work on. the name of it's called jefit. I love it because it let you work on any part of your body that you select that you want to work on it even has a body map. jefit is also on Facebook. Try it

    today I walked multiple times for 15 minutes each at a fast paced. the first round my legs tried to give out on me by giving me Charlie horses but I wouldn't stop until I get home because if I'm going to fall out I want it to be at my house lol
