  1. Well im glad things are getting better for you actually I have not had any problems at all, not even with food. So far. But I've just been trying to take it one day at a time.
  2. Congrats and welcome to the losers bench! Sounds like everything else is going well.
  3. Hello I'm 23 I but I had been considering the surgery for a few yrs before. Would love to chat. I'm a little over 3 months now and my SW 318 CW 235. Hows everything going for you so far?
  4. Same here sometimes I can be constipated more so post op then before. Dr. Wilson did my surgery at Wesley Long and I have had no problems so far not even with food.
  5. I have the liquid b12 as well
  6. I got Celebrate chewables and they taste horrible and the Calcium vit. were huge however I was stuck with them because I didn't want to waste them. They were not expensive and I think they were like a 60 and 90 day supply. Before I even had my surgery my nutritionist and the bariatric nurse were telling us that for some people the liquid vitmans worked best. So once I was out of my 1st supply I got the liquid multi and calcium Vitamin and I have been using that every since and its by welless. Now celebrate also has these like candy chewable Vitamins and the caramel and chocolate tatse just like candy. Hope this helps.
  7. O cool I've heard of him.
  8. I'm the same because I'm unsure of what my goal weight will be. Right now I'm at 238 and thats the smallest I've been since probably a teenager. But you look great so keep up the good work!
  9. Where did you have your surgery and who was your surgeon if you don't mind me asking?
  10. I'm doing great! I live in Greensboro and my surgery was 5/20/13, SW 318 & CW 238. I'm mentally preparing myself for a stall (which I have not had yet) or my weight loss to slow down. I hope everyone else is doing well.
  11. So I'm a little over 3 months now and I've lost 80lbs. I know that everyone has different bodies but I was wondering if anyone had waited until after they lost a certain amount of weight before they really went hard in the gym as far as weight lifting and were you successful with the toning results?
  12. Yes I was yold the same thing the only meat I feel easily dries out is hamburger meat so I usually mix it with cream of mushroom Soup.
  13. I would like some spicy food as well but I haven't really since I can't drink anything while eating. However one time I had something a little spicy and I swished some water around without swallowing.
