  3. Thank you! Your doing fantastic also. Good for you. It does get frustrating when our weight gets to a stand still, but no worries, it soon jump starts again. Working out is definitely a key to losing! I agree. In between running, I use the Wii fit
  4. Thank you. My stats are: HW: 274 CW: 150 GW: 130 I certainly think I can get down to 130 lbs being that I'm only 5'3 tall. I am very happy with my weight loss thus far. I'm a very avid runner since surgery. I couldn't run a day in my life before this surgery. Now, I love to run four to five times a week (3 miles) each day. I think running has helped me a great deal. Low carbs and high Protein of course, as well. Of course, at times, my weight loss slows a bit, but start losing again. You've done well yourself in 9 months. Good luck and Congrats on your success!

  15. Hello everyone!! Figured I would hop onto this thread. I had my rny on 5/14/13. I'm down a total of 105 lbs weighing in at 168! I'm actually a size 12 (loose) from a size 22 . I can't believe it. Life is so great. My hubby picked me up last Sunday twice and I wrapped my legs completely around him. Good luck everyone on your journey. I have faith in you all.
  16. I just did this with my hubby on Sunday! Isn't this the best feeling. ) I haven't been lifted in years, and I tell you, it was a great feeling.
  17. That's awesome! Happy for you. Yes, its so exciting. )
  18. For exercising I run four to five times a week totaling 2.5-2.8 miles/day. I never eat desserts. I limit carbs and eat protein in every meal. If I'm craving something, I eat Greek yogurt with granola or I have special K cracker chips. I do bring high protein bars to work to have that extra, while I'm away from home. ( always have protein bars in your purse, its vital ). I haven't had any pasta since before my pre op diet and no bread. My calories throughout the day adds to 750 - 850 daily. I eat, but still small portions. I never overeat. I can't ever finish my plate. Always know when that extra bite will be too much. I still struggle with water throughout the day. I average about 48 ounces a day. Still need to work on that. Hope this helps Sleeve Siren.
