  6. 1 week off. I don't think I could have worked earlier. Too tired and needed to heal. I did go to college that first week and shopping at the mall of America, feeling ok. Everyone is different.
  7. Have you tried watered down juice? I know I went 4-5 days, but it happened. I felt much better! Good luck and hopefully it happens for you soon.

  9. Had my surgery feb 22. Starting weight was 215. My current weight is 189. ( this is with my ore op loss) everyone is different. I read some lose a ton, then there's me... At a turtles pace.
  10. My rule: 30 minutes before or after and yep, I follow this rule. I was just saying that yes, I do get hungry when it's time to eat. I did not at first, but do know.
  11. I am two weeks out and trying the chicken/salsa/cream cheese. It has sounded so good since I read it! Hope it stays in.
  12. I am two weeks out and get hungry. Starving actually. The thing is, if you get enough protein and fluids, one should eat only three times a day. And, they are VERY small meals.
  13. Joe- I drink a lot. Right out of surgery I was given two glasses of ice chips and I ate them both. They then gave me broth. I am currently 12days post op and drinking fluids like crazy. My doc said its a good thing. Every one is different. Good luck!
  14. Would you believe... They believe it is strep, causing diarrhea. At the clinic now.
  15. Yep! And tastes good I'm a coffee fanatic so I mix chocolate and coffee. Can mix to taste. Get all my protein in daily.
  16. I add my protein to my decaf coffee. Tastes much better. Just make sure to mix protein with a little water and mix, before adding. Perfect way to get protein in.
  17. Called the dr. Said to eat some plain Greek yogurt to increase probiotics. If I still have tomorrow to go in due to dehydration issues. He said it is not normal and is not dumping.
