Yes I eat Greek yogurt most everyday I get the 2x protein Voskos or Yoplait they have anywhere fro 5-9 grams of sugar sometimes I get the plain and add half scoop of cookies & cream Matrix or PB2 & white chocolate sf flavoring its good. Some times you can find Yoplait in flavors
