40 pounds down. Released to eat normal food. But still no rice, Pasta or bread.< /p>

My Dr.approved me for soft foods.Im 2 weeks out..Can someone please list some meats that they ate while they was on soft foods...

I went on my first appt today.My surgery date was April 30th..Im down 10 lbs.The Dr. Started me on soft food today...YAY...

Im SOOO happy..Ive finally got approved and my surgery date is April 30th...I started my liquid diet today...

Hello ladies..Im also new to this..And everyone is also telling me that I don't need to have the surgery but im doing it for my health and my 3 beautiful girls...People will always have something to say ..Some good and some bad ...But do want makes you happy ..Good luck.Hopely Ill be having my surgery in April.
