I think I can see my ankles! Yeah!!!

Me too! Before jumping into bed I grab two Oreos that I did not need! Ugh

I was one month out last Wednesday . I had lost 18. I feel that is really slow but the way I look at it is I would have never lost 18 pounds in a month without this surgery.

It went well. He had bought me a fishnet body suit a couple months back. I had worn it once and felt do uncomfortable in it that I never wore it again. So I tried it on again on friday and it felt ok. I went to target and bought a little black sundress in a large. I tried it on and it fit!!! Loosely I might add. So I wore that over the fishnet bodysuit. I felt a little rediculous so I put a big jacket on to cover me. But when we got home I took it off and he was surprised ! It was a nice afternoon!

I tried the powder Protein and couldn't drink it. So I drink the costco brand Premier Protein. It has 30 oz protein per box.

It is actually going easier than I expected. My stomach is 20 ml so I get full really fast. Any food I drink I use a medicine cup to measure. They way I'm not guessing at how much I'm getting in.

I had my surgery 2/14. My start weight was 231. My surgery date I weighed 204. I'm 5'3. My doctor said I will lose between 50 and 75 pounds.

I cannot get all of my Protein or calories in. I have gotten about 36 oz of Water, 40 ml of broth and 20 ml of Protein Shake but that is it so far. Is this normal ?

I'm getting RNY tomorrow also! Just drank my "cleanser". I check in at 6:00. So nervous but excited!

He not opposed but he thinks I can do it on my own. Three years ago I lost 50 pounds but here I am again plus ten or so pounds. He is just concerned .
