  1. Hi everyone! I have been super busy and away so I thought I would stop in and update. I joined a roller derby team and I tell ya it is an awesome work out. I have lost 56 lbs total so far but my weight loss has slowed I go see my doc next month for my 3 month post op. Otherwise all is good!

  4. NOO!!! UGH!! I wish I was cause it has been hell!
  5. Have any of you had issue with stomach acid? Not in your pouch of course but in your "old stomach?" I am having it really really bad! I am having to take like 4 zantac a day it is so bad!
  6. I am taking the natrol dissolvable 7500mcg Biotin. I think last week it is because I slacked on everything. But if I start losing it clumps I am just gonna shave it and flaunt a big beautiful baldie

  8. So I just got out of the shower and realized the drain was clogged because of my hair I think the falling out process is kicking in. I credit this to last week of not eating properly. Luckily I have really thick hair so hopefully it wont be to bad or continue since I am back on track.

  10. Okay so I made sure I ate 3 meals today. I got all my protein in and all my fluids. I deep cleaned house today and worked up a good sweat so that was my exercise. I am hitting the gym again in the am. I need to figure out something new and fun to do cause I am bored with the tread mill. I am trying to prepare for the dirty girl mud run in April. I am very excited about doing it! It is a 5k I believe.

  12. Well my Kindle finally died I am waiting for a new one so I have officially learned how to get on here from my computer LOL WOOHOO!! Soccermom I feel for you! I have yet, knock on wood, to experiance dumping. Everytime I try something new I go into a panic! My major issue lately is I havenot been eating! I am lucky if I remember to eat once a day. I have to get myself back in gear! It is just hard when I literally have no appetite!
  13. Ok this stomach acid issue is annoying!
  14. So I called my doc about the stomach pain I was having. Turns out it was my stomach acid. I took a zantac and it went away. Thank goodness cause it was super bad. I kept telling my doc it feels like my stomach is burning. He thought I was crazy lol
  15. So my nausea is from eating too fast. I dunno how much slower I can go lol also met with the dietician today for my post op follow up and I have lost a total of 30 lbs! That motivates me even more!
  16. Ugh everything has been going great and then Friday everytime I eat or drink I get super nauseas. Gonna put a call in tomorrow to the doc. I will be 3 wks post op tomorrow.
  17. Welcome to the losing side! Glad all went well! Congrats!
  18. I really like the unjury protein shakes. They don't have that protein taste that all others have. I mix mine with water and it still tastes great. I have even mixed it with the light soy milk and the low carbon milk and it taste just like a chocolate shake!
