I had that same burning feeling. My surgeon said it was normal. That's where most of the work was done. It does go away with time.

I was pretty emotional for the first week. I cried about everything. I'm only 2 weeks out but it's better. My face has cleared up. I was breaking out all the time. Now I have no pimples at all. I haven't noticed any smells. I hope I don't smell.

Not sure what to do.....
I've been on Phentermine several times and each time I did get moody and very emotional. I was able to lose weight on them, but as soon as I went of them and the appetite returned I gained again. How long have you been on them?

If One More Person!
I have heard all of this as well. I was 212 when I went for my consult. So I heard and still hear that this was not necessary, and if I had just set my mind to it and worked hard I wouldn't have had to take the "easy way out" I have stopped trying to defend my decision. I just tell people it's not their business.

St. Lukes Hospital In Allentown Pa Anyone?
I had mine done at Geisinger in Danville PA. A friend of my moms had hers done at St Lukes and said the care was excellent.

Why RNY and not the sleeve?
I was interested in the sleeve, but I have issues with reflux, and my Dr told me that it would get worse with the sleeve. Also there is a higher success rate with RNY. So that's why I chose to have the RNY.

My surgery was Jan 16th and I'm having a hard time getting my protein and water in too. I sip all day and still just can't seem to get it all in.
