I would quote each of you but will take too long but thank you all who commented on my new name and pic. I am still old hippie gal. But i feel alot younger. And thinner. I know i still have quite a ways to go but i do feel good. And i thought changing the name would be more personal to all of you. Everyone is doing such an amazing job! I don't post much, but I love to read! 3/19 was my 3 month anniversary. I had my group nutrition appt., and was given the ok to go on to the lifetime eating plan. My doctor and program allow carbs, my always make Protein the priority. I'm down 47lbs since surgery and 67lbs since I started the journey. I have never felt better!!! I'm afraid to give up my Protein Drinks (2x a day). I don't think it would be possible to get all my protein in without them. Have any of you stopped with the protein drinks?

Today is my 3 month surgerversary! I'm down 55 lbs since surgery and 65 lbs total.
First picture is day of surgery and the other is today. I'm wearing my 15 year old son's t-shirt. It fit! Yesss!

Lost 2.7 pounds this week for a total loss of 70 pounds......woohoo!!! Happy Friday :-)

I finally made it to onederland. I weighed 199 this morning. That makes a total of 98 pounds lost in 7 1/2 months. I'm so happy!!!

Okay it has been a long time since I posted here. I have been stalled for many weeks. Suddenly boom, it kicks back in high gear. I have lost 25 pounds in the past two weeks.

19 more pounds to go to get back into the 200's for the first time since my Freshman year of high school.

I made it to onederland (199.2) today. I would like to say it feels awesome but still have a lot of pain, so it's a goal that can't be enjoyed right now. Doing better on eating n drinking today and managing pain or trying too.

I hit exactly 100 lbs lost this morning... 376 before liquid diet... 276 this morning..: feels so awesome

Okay I had a NSV today. My size 24w jeans are way way too big. So I went to get another pair same brand (gloria Vanderbilt). I took 22's and 20's into dressing room. The 22's fit. The waist was a teeny bit loose. I put the 20's on and they fit like a glove. I was doing the happy dance, I couldn't believe it. What a great feeling. A great ending to an awesome day!

Does everyone deal with nausea and vomiting on a normal basis? Im 6 weeks out, and get a little nauseous when I eat. Not every time, but maybe once a day. And vomiting, maybe 2-3 times a week. Mostly if I try something new, or eat to fast.
Do you all think this is normal?
