Still have a long way to go, but making progress. Now I need to stop losing my hair. At least if I go bald I will be skinny and bald lol.

Thank you. I struggle getting enough Protein so I kinda expected it but my hair is already thin and fine so. I really have to try harder. I do take Biotin though.

I am only 2 1/2 weeks out but I did go see my primary physician the other day with concerns about the surgery..I was a little upset when I walked in and I left feeling the best I had since surgery she made a very simple statement to me. She said "Set a goal for the coming new year, not a weight loss goal not something you have to do like take care of your family or go to work but an incentive that you are striving to reach. Maybe start throwing your change in a jar to save for that vacation to show off that new slimmer body" I know it sounds so easy but I have a new goal. I am going to lose this weight so I can prove to myself that I can feel comfortable pool side. Her advice helped me hope it helps you.

I think it will also depend on if you are having open or laparoscopic.

I had to post this because I am so excited. I have been in the obese category for a long time but I am 191 today officially based on my BMI I am no longer obese just overweight! I will take it!
