  1. I miss Krave cereal. It was my favorite. I was a huge cereal junkie and I miss that the most. I know if will never be the same so I won't try some think else

  6. I had a horrible cough about a month after surgery and was able to take cough syrup with codeine. Only needed it for 2 days then all was fine
  7. It's totally normal! It will last about 2 weeks. It's your muscles healing.
  8. So weird one Of the toes on my left foot always goes numb when I'm working out.

  10. I ate a piece of sugar free chocolate and got horribly sick off of it. Never again. It's just not worth it.

  12. Ok so you ate the cupcake. It's ok. Just move on from it. We Are all going to make mistakes along this road as long as we don't continue them. I ate cheese doodles last night. Ok I got sick but I've failed to. During out first meeting i was told that if we were going to have cakes or chips save them for special occasions. So just pretend you were at a Bday party. We are all working our butts off but sometimes we are going to make a mistake or 2.
  13. Hi Girls. I am 2 months out. Hands down the best decision I have ever made. It's tough but I have more energy and I feel so much better about myself. I did this for my daughter and couldn't be happier. So go ahead be nervous. But the outcome is so worth it.

  15. I have chicken in the crockpot with salsa. Going to cook up pepper and onion mix together with cheese and Greek plain yogurt. So good!

  18. I had mine November 19th. I've lost 45 lbs that I've been stuck at.
  19. Yeah finally found someone who's in the area. I'm from New Hartford. When did you have it done? He has the best staff and didn't have any problems so far.
  20. It was fantastic. I had absolutely no problems. I would recommend him and the process. I had my surgery Nov 19th was back to work one week later and have had no problems. I'm down 45lbs as of this morning.

  23. I'm at 45 lbs today. Just over 2 months. I signed up for my first 5k in July. And I'm scared to death. Trying to learn to run its a hard process. But 2 months ago I was 50lbs heavier and a smoker so I think I can do this! I hope I can!
