  1. Thanks for the reply, the scale at my job says I lost about 12 pounds but I do not know how reliable it is? That is what is making me scared. My appointment is at 9:30 am, I will know then. Where you guys meeting for dinner I may just show up if the day goes as schedualed and I am not at the hospital for all that testing too long. How long does all that take anyway?? See you all tomarrow night.:banana
  2. Hello everyone... I am so nervous, I am do to have my surgery on weds. 3/23 and am scared I haven't lost the 10 lbs! I am having the surgery with DR. Kwon, and have not weighed myself on an accurate scale amd am really trying to stick to the diet. Any advice? I am going to the support group with Mauri on monday 3/21, any of you going to be there?
