  1. My husband cannot take narcotics because the detox ALWAYS makes him wired for days afterwards - NEVER heard of fat keeping anyone awake
  2. If your IL - how is your surgeon in tx?
  3. I've been on metohormin for 12 yrs - it does work but not for everyone... I lost weight quickly when I was initially diagnosed with t2 diabetes. For me the dihherea comes when I ate high fat high sugar foods - I haven't had an episode in a long time nor have I found metphormin a diet aid. I have friends who have seen some success though. My surgeon sometimes puts people on victosa but that has never helped me with loss but has been wonderful in maintaining or lowering my sugars
  4. Para guard can cause heavy bleeding - I'm in year 3 of my merina - need a new one every 5
  5. Unwanted pregnancies do that too
  6. Did mine yesterday - 3hr - easy peasy
  7. Dehydration stress life all can have effect - stop watching the scale - follow your program and know it works
  8. I’m still pre-surgery - but let me tell you - I’m a HUGE fan of the merina. I had huge bleeding issues and it reduced everything by 95% - what a blessing
  9. None of us Chicago girls appear to be with the same drs
  10. http://www.scanpancookware.com/gift-sets-30/scanpan-classic-31/
  11. Love my scan pans.... I can fry an egg without oil! I shop at sur la table and have taken cooking classes there. Pans are $$$expensive but so worth it!
  12. I had intermittent bleeding for six months when I had it put in - it does regulate but those first few months sucked. I will do another next year when this one expires - I'm happy with it and happy with not hemmoraging like I did before the iud! Anyone have it pre surgery?
  13. Anyone able to share their experience/expertise on the post op merena period? I get some nuisance bleeding monthly - I don’t even pay attention to when - it’s about enough to wear pads for 2 days - just curious.
  14. I’ve gone 6mo to a year without a cycle (a few years ago) don’t frett - dr’s are hardly worried about 2 missed periods after a big surgery - keep thinking about how much your saving on food AND tampons. lol
  15. single serve isopure is HIDEOUS actually prefer snytrax over isopure.
  16. I’ve said it here before - I come back with a super personal super rude intrusive question - typically about when was their last BM - which usually makes them all flush red and gets them all embarrassed. I suppose a less rude response is in order - so i’ll keep watching for someone to be nice...I am not nice sometimes.
  17. I like strawberry mouse - try it with fage 0% - YUMMIE way to get down even more protein
