Greek yogurt - they sell a fage 0% I get at costco - cheaper than anywhere else and it’s my go to yogurt

I’m pre-op and I’m so a virgin at all of this...but thought I’d try my 1/4 of fage 0 with some nectar Protein powder - BOYAH!!!! 6g protein from the 2oz of 0% fage 23g protein from Nectar - I used strawberry mousse I’m pre-op so humor me - but I think I can do this and be happy with that!!! I’ll remember to go back to this when I’m on the bench with all of you and perhaps kick myself.

Anyone able to share their experience/expertise on the post op merena period? I get some nuisance bleeding monthly - I don’t even pay attention to when - it’s about enough to wear pads for 2 days - just curious.

and people - Dr’s don’t willy nilly prescribe pain meds - and - the check and balance is the pharmacy - they don’t over fill those scripts either. Listen to NurseTAB

there’s a REASON they give you pain meds and not just ONE pill - it’s not an everlasting gobstopper...although if I could come up with that it would be codine laced in my world.

Crystal light has JUST come out with drops - got them last week at Walmart and they are YUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMY They have a few of the mock cocktails - but my favorite right now is the strawberry lemonade drops on the same note - walmart has a watermellon something sugarfree drink mix (and a grape -mmmmmmmmmmm-) and I’m totally addicted to them

turkey/pork/chicken/eggs/cottage cheese/rocotta cheese...i think that’s my list.
