  1. I am with ECU physicians in Greenville. Dr. Pender. Lots of hoops to jump through.. But I know I am prepared!
  2. Good luck to the 10s! You guys will do awesome tomorrow! Rest of the week surgeries... Coming up. Good luck guys!
  3. I agree. I want to look good, feel good, and be within normal weight limits. No obese, no over weight... Just right! :0)
  4. Greenville. Viadant medical center. Where are you having surgery? Who is your surgeon?
  5. Thanks Jane. Good to know.. Just in case.
  6. 12 is considered plus size!! That's crazy. No wonder so many women have horrible feelings about their self image.
  7. Congrats Lisa! It seems like you sailed through! It's great you only had to stay 1 night. My surgeon usually makes people stay 2 nights. Part of me wants to o home as soon as possible and part of me wants to ake the extra time in the hospital because I have a very active 5 year old boy at home. I guess if I'm feeling good I'll be happy to head home. Can't believe it is finally so close!! Dec 20 for me! Yippie!
  8. The weight loss is pretty incredible. I dropped 7pounds in be first 3 days. I'm using that as motivation to keep going. Big challenge this morning... Making eggs, bacon, and a biscuit for my son and not eating any myself. I survived it, though. I mentioned earlier weekends are going to be tough for me. Keep going. Just think, by surgery we'll probably be 20 pounds lighter. That much less to loose afterwards!
  9. Ps... Hence the reason I am wide awake at 5:30am on a Saturday!!
  10. Stay hopeful!! And find and store! That's crazy to only have cute stuff in a size 5.thats really small. Other places have to have a better selection. At 16 you are out of the plus size department... That is awesome!!
  11. My surgeon recommends 2 weeks off... Unless you are not up to it. I teach middle school science. I have started planning for the first week after break... No labs or projects for the kiddos that week. I'm going to plan some things that the kids can do on their own in case I'm not feeling fantastic.
  12. Good Luck!! Thinking and praying for all who are up next. Good Luck this week!!
  13. Congrats and Good Luck on Monday!!
  14. Great for you, Hippie Gal! If I were close I'd love for you to do a mani pedi for me!
  15. I am a teacher, so it worked for me to have the surgery over Christmas holidays... I hope! I just keep thinking I'm giving up Christmas break, but I'm gonna be one hottie by spring break! :0)
  16. You can do it! I'm doing the liquid diet now and it is hard... But I am determined not to cheat. I've got 12 more days! Hoping they flash by!
