Hello everyone I want to send a big thank you shout out to my pen pal Amy Slater for all the things she sent me spoon fork set, bowl, water bottle with matching food container, a pen set with a journal, and a folder to keep all my papers organized. I love it

I went shopping for my Pen Pal today will be finished tomorrow to send out monday.

I'm using Dr Carl Lowe Jr at Carolina Surgical of Charlotte NC he is good at what he does.

Hello friends just wanted to share this information Bariatric Advantage has a program that will send you a free 3 month supply of vitamins(Calcium, Iron, b12, and multi-vitamins)! You have to go online and print out the form and have your Dr fill out the form and you fill in your information mail it in and it takes about 2 weeks to get them in the mail. I went to line dance class had 2hr of dancing I love it had to take some breaks because of the back pain but I stuck with it.

I don't like to exercise but I do know that once I have the surgery I really have to make that apart of my life. So I went on meetup.com and found stuff that I love to do I found a line dance group they meet 2x a week and a Chicago steppers dance group they also meet 2x a week. So I'm just going to do stuff I love to help the weight come off.

This surgery is a most for me my Blood Pressure is out of control and I don't want to have another stroke. I only told my mom and my kids they are 22 and 18 I didn't tell my dad because he worries and he does not need the stress of worring because he's sick. For the others I feel its non of there business.

Hey guy I hope you both feel better soon. I had the last part of my physic eval today and she told me that I don't have to but it would be a good ideal to stay seeing a shrink during and after the process because you can have low moments because of the changes. I'm praying for both of you.

A lady at the office that I go to she does the P90X she look great very tone she was over 300 and is down to like 162 I think skin wise she looks great
