I had a very busy day today not time to really think so now my day is done and I'm laying here thinking. I go for the last part of my phsyic eval tomorrow I not worried I think I will pass it. Nov 12 is my last appt befor we send every thing in for approval. We do everything they tell us to do jump threw ever hoop they put in place (and its worth it) but at the end of the day they can still say NO. This is really nagging at me. I have high blood pressure had a mild heart attack in July hurt my back 3yrs ago now I walk with a walker. SMH I need my life back and they hold all the card.

I have chosen to have RNY because my insurance did not cover the sleeve and the only reason I was wanting the sleeve is because I was scared of dumping. I am going threw the process now and I'm almost done. I know if I don't have this surgery I will be dead within 2yrs. I want to see my kids graduate for college and see them working in ther careers and with there families. I have to finis my physic eval on the 17th of oct. Nov 12 is my last appt then we sent it to be approved. With all my illness this is life of death.

Wow I hope that things work out. They really don't understand how it feels being trapped in the wrong body a body that is falling apart and dieing slowly. People look at it as we are doing this for our selves but when I thought about the surgery the first thing that came to mind was my kids they are both college student and I want to see them graduate and be there when they make me a grandmother.

I feel that everything happens for a reason. At this point in time in your life things are starting to fall into place for you. You are happy with yourself your looking good feeling good now you have a chance for a good relationship. I would shit down and let her know upfront but after that go on with you life enjoy being happy with this man. As long as your heart is clear and you know you didn't set out to hurt any it ok. She my not be your friend any more but at least you told her and she didn't find out a different way. Good Luck

Hello everyone hope all is well. I have not told many people that I will be having RNY the only people that know are my mom and my 2 kids and you guys of course lol. I have heard many stories about people loosing friends and husband and boyfriends after they lost the weight has this happened to anyone. I really not worried about loosing friends because I'm a believer that God puts people in your life for a reason and a season some season are longer thatn other.

My mom always told my "you can do bad by yourself" you guys have 2 kids and ok he's good to you but what about the strain doing it by yourself is causing you. Think of how much better things would be for your family with 2 incomes. Its time for him to man up and help provide for his family. Good luck

Hello I'm from Charlotte NC I'm still going threw the process but its moving along smoothly. I go see my Dr on the 25 and my nutri on the 30th then my 2nd nutri on Nov 9th then we send off the paper work. I so ready

Just want to say hello to everyone.Congrat to those who have had there surgery and good luck to the ones coming up. I am 41yr old I have alway been heavy but I'm tall almost 6ft so I hide it well at least I use too. I hurt my back a work 3yr ago and my health has been down hill since. I am so excited I don't have a date yet. I did the 1st part of my Physic eval today and I go back thurs. Just looking forward to receiving and giving support. Thanks for welcoming me
