Hello everyone hope all is well. I have not told many people that I will be having RNY the only people that know are my mom and my 2 kids and you guys of course lol. I have heard many stories about people loosing friends and husband and boyfriends after they lost the weight has this happened to anyone. I really not worried about loosing friends because I'm a believer that God puts people in your life for a reason and a season some season are longer thatn other.

Im 2 weeks post op..... I feel like my marriage is slowly dying...... Too many arguments due to my surgery.... Very high emotions....... I honestly think its going to end...(. Sigh)

How are you feeling mizzlaw? My marriage suffered greatly...have been separated 2 plus month now, but I feel great...so it's one step at a time. Almost 6 months since surgery. I got very tired of being the only one working on this marriage.

I hope it doesn't end but men don't understand.

Wow I hope that things work out. They really don't understand how it feels being trapped in the wrong body a body that is falling apart and dieing slowly. People look at it as we are doing this for our selves but when I thought about the surgery the first thing that came to mind was my kids they are both college student and I want to see them graduate and be there when they make me a grandmother.
