Has anyone came across any free samples of Vitamins and Protein shakes? If you have please share. Thank you!

Ask your surgeons office. Mine has free sames of vitamins but I still had to ask for it.

I emailed seven different websites Tuesday night to see if would send samples. I received one last night from Building Block Vitamins.

Click espresso Protein drink packet 15 grams of protein.

bipro unflavored 100% natural whey protein 20 grams of protein.

Building blocked multiple chewable Vitamin 1 mixed berry and 1 citrus.

Building block chewable calcium(citrate) 1 black raspberry, 1 chocolate and 1 orange.

Building block chewable Iron 30 Mg in black raspberry

Building block chewable anti-ox cherry.

They sent the nutritional facts of the items sent, Coupon codes for % off or free item with purchase and a few pamphlets.

I'll keep you posted on the other companies if I get them.

Hello friends just wanted to share this information Bariatric Advantage has a program that will send you a free 3 month supply of vitamins(Calcium, Iron, b12, and multi-vitamins)! You have to go online and print out the form and have your Dr fill out the form and you fill in your information mail it in and it takes about 2 weeks to get them in the mail. You can do this process 2 times.

Unjury has a form you fill out for some samples I haven't got them yet...but they have a chat tech talk to you to do it. Plus you can buy individual packets and shakes at GNC for Total Lean.

Go to the Obesity alliance coalition and then go to the recovery program and print and give to your surgeon to sign off on and fax in.
