  1. I hope after I have surgery it is same with me.
  2. Its not that I crave anything I literally can eat a buffet and a half hour later be starving again. I hate it. It dies this for 3-4 days sometimes longer before I start my monthly. Then during and after it completely goes away
  3. OMG I haven't had surgery yet and just trying to lose the weight required and to not gain a pound during this time is Soooo hard!!! It is in no way easy!!
  4. Oh that will be so nice!! I hope for yours and my case it stays that way too
  5. I haven't had surgery yet but what I have read in here everyone is different in here. I've read where some has lost 100 pounds in a few months and some only 40 in same time frame. I have read the heavier you are the more you lose at first and everyone seems to have stalls where they don't lose any for a few weeks
  6. Yeah its tough rough and not enough LOL.
  7. You can have your primary doctor do it in office of he has the equipment. My surgeon just had my pcp order the test that was required so was able to get them all in a weeks time. And since he already did blood work was able to use that. So now just have to ddo psych evaluation and last weigh in on Thursday then submit to insurance for approval and get a surgery date which will be in October just don't know when
  8. See I wish I was just give me a piece of chocolate gal....but no!! I want food!!! Meat taters etc..
  9. Ok so which one of you a week before that time a month feels like a bottemless pit? And how do you her around not eating everything in sight???
  10. Exercise more. Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Quit smoking if you do. Start eliminating caffeine and sodas. Start taking if not already multivitamins. Also a great tool to help is download the app myfitnesspal best thing I ever did besides downloading this app
  11. Awesome!!!! You are doing great!!
  12. What next steps do you have to do rose?
  13. Well don't take the birth control if your fixing to have surgery in the next 30 day. I see where a lot of surgeons request you stop them then. And nerves can change your cycle as well as are you losing weight like on pre op? Because that messes with your hormones as well
  14. Looks like you will be starting the November thread yayyyy!!!
  15. I have read something about it king but personally I don't take them
  16. Wow lots of October members!!! And I am still waiting. I guess the worst thing that could happen is that I would start the November thread lol
  17. I understand!! I know its harder on you but right now I am on a diet and it's hard having to cook food for my husband and son when I can't eat what they are and they refuse to change their diets in any way. So what I started doing is if I can't eat it I don't cook. They will either have to go out or cook themselves or eat what I eat!!
  18. Welcome to both of you!!!
  19. Yeah but still might have an October date if they get everything done fast
  20. Well glad to see you are making progress through all the bull butter they put you through
  21. I am so excited for you Clair!!!
