Well I have already bought a few cans of Campbell's chicken broth cream of chicken cream of potato soup. I have 2 tubs of protein powder. Already bought my vitamins and even started taking them. Boy I need more shopping LOL I really don't have much

Niki if they are submitting on the 12 or 13th it really depends in your insurance but most people have too wait a week or two to year back. My surgeons office said 2 days to 2 weeks depends what nurse gets my info on insurance side. My office will be submitting hopefully Friday or Monday most likely

You are so strong. I couldn't have done your pre op diet no matter how bad I want this surgery. I am glad its almost over for you

No such thing as long answer. It is unbelievable how the insurance companies are making decisions and doing the work that should be between us and our doctors

Anume I am on BP pills with the fluid pill on it. I wonder if this is one on your list. I am taking BP and thyroid medicine I quit taking the cholesterol meds

Yuck I couldn't do water in it LOL. But my nut said I can have skim milk or 1% or 2% but I use skim milk with added vitamin a and d and it tastes like 2%

I was thinking of trying yogurt I've always hated it. I wonder if I added like SF pudding mix if it would taste better

Maybe it just takes time for our brains to catch up to what the mirror really says. Like me I can't remember a time I was skinny. I know I was bit growing up was always told I was fat. My heaviest before kids and I was already 4 months with first was 173. 5'8" I do remember being in 10-13 size clothes in high school

My son brought home some koolaide mix SF strawberry crush. OMG is it good and it does not have an aftertaste at all. In fact I have to add more water then required because its too strong. Its one of those packets to go that you addyo bottle of water
