Milk Liver Shrinage Diet

Wow this liver shrinage diet is so hard craving salt all the time but it's working

Down from 23.9 to 23.5 in 5 days so may lose another 5 before my op on Friday my diet is

3 pts skimmed milk

2 low fat yoghurts

Unlimited diet no sugar pop fizzy or still

And sugar free jellies

Do miss salt

Tea and coffee if wanted milk in it comes out off my allowance
