Im so happy for you!!! I can't wait to reach onederland!! My HW 321 n SD Aug 6th was 314 I am now 248!!! It stil don't seem real. And if my back didn't hurt so bad I would feel so much better. But i'm determined to get better with the Lords help. ) this is a brand new year in the Lord n I will rejoice in it!! )))

I got into a size 16 today! I haven't been here in 8 years! Crazy feeling!

Ohh & today I am dwn to 230lbs finally broke my stall!!

My Surgery date was 8/12 I have lost 80lbs since. I am so excited to see how well everything is working out. I was scared at first and once I started the pre and post op liquid diet I was freaking out but I'm 5mo post op and loving life. I love trying new Protein rich foods. I enjoy food more than ever because I take my time and taste each bite now. I am now at 224 down from 304. my goal is 170lbs I hope by this time next year I will be here sharing my story at my goal weight. Cheers everyone and stay strong and focused throughout this Holiday week

We are all doing so well on our weight loss journey. Hard to believe 4 months in. All those extra goodies are going to challenge us, but we can do it. Just remember self control. Something we didn't have a year ago! I wish my August buddies safe and Happy Holidays!

we are really close in numbers! My surgery was on 8/6/2013 and I was at 302lbs that day as of today I am 235! And yes collar bones are real lol I was excited when I noticed mine! That's one thing I've wanted to see since I can remember lol Can't wait for onderland !

I hear you, mzshay. I've been stalled for a month, too. If I think about it too hard I start freaking out and thinking what I need to try to get out of it or whatever. Maybe it's normal at this stage. Whatever it is I'm sick of it messing with my head. Going to try to eat as balanced as I can, enjoy some veggies, some fruit, drink a Protein Shake if I can't get it all in, and stop stressing. This is so not easy.

Hey all how's everyone doing? So here's how I'm doin... Got blood work back and everything is good :-) only Vitamin D is low so have to be on Vitamin D3 indefinitely... But that's no problem ! Blood work in January :-) now as for weight.

I'm so happy !! I'm officially down 100lbs from HW and I am down 66lbs since surgery. My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit, I need to start exercising more tho I haven't been doing enough... But I'm happy for my weight loss thus far :-) I am in a 16-18 pants (some 20s just cause sized weird) and in XL to 1x shirt sooo nice to feel this way! Can't wait to drop some more:-) how you all!

Hope all is well with you all I can't even open the app on my iPhone heck to get into the web to even see the site. Anyways here's my stats:
HW: 336lbs SW 8/6/13: 302lbs CW: 246lbs
I am feeling wonderful. I have a great support system an awesome man in my life and losing inches. Hoping I can lost at least 10lbs a month from here on out so I can be down to the 150s to 160s as my goal weight! I'm already seeing difference on my body. My back rolls are down to 1 instead of having 3 on each side of my back lol my thighs have gotten way smaller bit they are still frwaking huge lol and lost almost all my boobies!! I'm feeling really insecure about these :-/ my stomach has gotten smaller from a size 24/26 pants to an 18/20 and my shirts from a 2X/3X to a 1X/2X depending on the shirt... I am 10lbs shy of losing 100lbs in total and about 56lbs since surgery! I'm excited to lost about 100more lbs! Time effort and hard work will pay off!

Im really happy for you. N i'm glad i'm just losing, so I am happy. But I think we all got that goal we want to reach. With the help of the Lord n our self will. We will reach it.

Feeling a lil discouraged tho because it's coming off so slow! Plus I compare myself to everyone else lol I know an older woman who had her surgery 2 weeks before me and she's dwn 110lbs since surgery I'm like OMG I wish I was down that much already lol but I know I'm not supposed to compare myself to anyone cause everyone is different.. But still can't help it... Were all human lol I'm still happy with my progress. Went from a very right 24/loose 26 to now an 18/20 and they're a little lose so I am happy for this . How's everyone doing?

I was 251.2 this morning!!! High weight was 322 and day of surgery 303...appointment tomorrow!!! Feeling awesome!!! Fitting in my size 18 jeans and taking some tshirts out of my 15 year old sons closet! Lovin it!!

Down 50 pounds as of today! Yay!!!!!!

So I had my surgery on August 6 on that day I weighed 302 lbs as of today 5 weeks later (or is it 6... Hmmm ) I weigh 276... Weight loss kinda slow but not getting my Protein in like I should... But on a positive note for a NSV I started in a size 24/26 and today I put on a pair of 20s and they fit perfect! I put a 22 on the other day but wanted to see if I could fit in to any smaller sizes and a size 20 fit great! Anyone else with any NSV!
