Hi Guys!!.. I am feeling great!! I'm home now... Honestly Monday waking up from recovery there was a pain that I cannot describe in my abdomen... But I was given a morphine pump I could use for two days...it helped a lot ... But it will surpass... I am not in the mood to sip but I am doing the best that I can!!!' The Losers Bench feels GREAT!!! We all will have a lot to learn during our journey but we all will learn from each other !!!

I have not done well at all on mine, I've cheated every day. So now I am headed to GNC to pick up an appetite suppressant and a 7day total body cleanse. That I will start today since my surgery is in 8 days. I had asked my doctor for appetite suppressants and he said 80% of patients don't feel the need for them. I have been told no specfic amount of pounds to loose. My HW is 255.00 and he said I have little belly fat, he just wants my liver smaller. So I think all the doctors expect some type of cheating. I mean really if we could control food we wouldn't need the surgery, and they wouldn't perform them.

As for me, no more morephin, horrible chest pain and getting ready for UGI. Catheter is out(thank god).
Feeling a little tummy discomfort(5incisions) but its the chest pain that is bothering.
Slept like a baby last night but that was due to the pain meds, unfortunately no more today

I made shrimp (cut in pieces) with cabbage mix, sprouts, light teriyaki sauce, and ground ginger. Cooked til tender. Sooo yummy. Like the inside of an egg roll.

You'll be at the top of the stairs and hopping into your coaster seat before you know it!! And don't get sick after the ride... OK?!!

I feel like in walking up the stairs to a huge dollar coaster that I'm excited to start...that's how I feel about tomorrow!!

They aren't off eating they are just in the waiting room. They are waiting to hear that you are doing great.

Well starting my pre-op liquid diet today. All very exciting. I have my nutritional shake to take but not sure what else. Will be in contact with my dietician first thing this morning.
This is gonna be hard I think. As I have a conference this week.
But I know it has to be done.

I can't wait until March 18th!!!! I have been waiting for this day for what seems like forever. I am scared and nervous but also so excited!!

In honor of "MARCH" I am going to spend Saturday morning un subscribing my e mail address from all of my favorite splurge restaurants. I no longer need to know the new dishes, deserts or when their happy hour is.
I'm going to WIN! No temptation via e mail!!!
