Oops I meant whey isolate protein! Jenn

I have been using Vitamin worlds Protein isolate powder in fruit punch and chocolate. I find the don't have the awful after taste and contain 30grams of protein per scoop. Jenn

On 7-25-12 I weighed 300lbs and started my liquid preop diet. I had rny on 8-13-12 weighing 281lbs. My current weight is 270lbs. But I haven't lost any weight in the last 10 days. I upper my Protein from 70g to 100g and have increased my activity but the flippin' scale is not moving.....what should I do? Jenn

I am 2 and 1/2 weeks post op and sitting at the same weight for a week. So I can totally relate to the frustration. I have tried upping my Protein and exercise but no movement in the scale. Jenn

I understand what you are saying. I changed that negative thought into 'if I look like a deflated balloon that just means I am closer or at my goal of being healthy'

I am a week out post op so I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions for undergarments. What do you wear to smooth out the excess skin? How soon did you need to start wearing them into your wls journey? Jenn

Don't cheat! You can do this. I have been on a liquid preop diet since 7-25-12 and my surgery is 8-13-12 so I will remain on liquids until 8-28-12. You can do this liquid diet. Keep up the good work.
