Does it get any easier to take all your Vitamins? I'm 3 weeks post op and they're grossing me out. I bought all the good ones from Bariatric Advantage, but I feel like gagging when I eat them.

Sashimi was great when I was a month and a half out. It's still great. Goes down no problem and has so much Protein.< /p>

Don't bother ordering the 16. Order the 10. Then you can have it altered to be smaller. :-)

I was in this same situation and my starting weight was about the same as yours. You're going to lose close to 100 lbs in 8 months. I'm 6 months out and have lost 80. It's hard to imagine, but it's going to happen for you.

Started at a 22 now I'm a 12. Would love to be an 8. I had surgery on 7-11-12

My new favorite food! It's such an awesome replacement for rice and Pasta. Goes down easy and it's satisfying. It takes on any flavor too. So yummy I had to share.
Oh, made quinoa burgers too. Google the recipe. Even the kids loved them.
