  1. Just talked to my doc and they said if they're small birth control size pills or liquids a little bigger than that then its ok to swallow. I've been doing it for a few days. Bigger pills they said to chop into 4...makes them easier to swallow.
  2. 4 Days post op an I did a 1.5km walk, man it felt so good to get out be mobile! I share everything little thing on this site and it's just because it's so nice to have others who totally understand!!!
  3. Considered a soft food?
  4. I'm 4 days post a d the more I move the better. Life is insane slower but it doesn't stop, that was tough this week.
  5. After surgery? I'm 4 days post and I take them by half...gel caps I take with an ounce of water and then stay allow 20 mins and more water:)
  6. I'm 4 days out and I can certainly feel the fullness and I get crampy, however I go ahead and do an ounce of liquids and then move around, take a little walk or what's worked great is a rocking chair or even a little drive. The moving around has made things move around inside and it seems to settle...
  7. Just to follow up, the pharmacist said its all good to take the pill. No side effects as far as I know:)

  12. Lol! Too funny, it's incredably how much it does for the body though, especially after surgery.
  13. Punk Rock Mama, you are some kind of wonderful my dear, thanks for sharing and I'm sorry for your loss. The pharmacist said I have the go ahead and just to keep an eye on things. Btw, the sexy night made for some awkward positions but it really helped me gas today, my breathing is deeper and I slept like a baby without any meds at all!
  14. Kinda embarrassed to ask but I'm 4days post op and got my exercise in yesterday with my new boyfriend, worked out well but the condom escaped us somehow...I need to take the morning after but not sure if or how it'll work...doctor is not in until tomorrow...I got 72 hrs ...
  15. Good to know, not that I'm in any rush to drink but I'd like to have a glass of wine on New Years! Thanks for responding!

  17. Rotting a cold, sore throat, it by ears, light coughing (still hurts), has anyone been sick early on and taken NyQuil?
  18. Also, I'm at 17oz of water and 16 oz of protein as of day 2 post op...feel like the gas is starting to become manageable and my intake is low but I feel like my progress is alright...any insight is welcome:)
