  1. I'm going to try this, isopure is the only thing that works for me also, I'm going to start putting in Hawaiian punch powder cause I definitely hate the chalk after taste lol.... Thanks for the idea 7*10*12

  3. Have keep a pitcher of Water filled to 64oz and i keep filling my 3oz cups to drink with, that way I can keep track of my water intake... 7*10*12

  7. I walk every morning about 2-4 miles, signed up for the YMCA today, but I'm going to wait to get the ok from my doctor only Monday, he just stressed the point of walking. 7*10*12

  9. Have the check you thyroid levels, my levels where to low, I was sick for days could not eat and I was vomiting off of a small sip of Water, the doctor gave me something for vomiting in the meantime it's been working.... Hope you feel better. 7*10*12

  11. I have tri care too, they don't normal cover phycologist for weight loss surgery , so call a few different phycologist you doctor should have a list. And go with the cheapest one I pay $80, just look on the bright side tri care will pay 100 % of the surgery. And once you get all the test done it only takes like 3 days for approval.   13. See if your doctor will give you something for nausea, my dr gave me dissolvable pills that I take every four hours and now I can drink my Protein again. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk

  15. Make sure your walking, it helps a lot, I notice that I can only drink water if it's ice cold. I also went through a few days of not being able to hold my liquids down, the doctor gave me some for nausea and stomach acid and been fine since.
