  8. Hey guys! I wish you all the best of luck this month!! I'll be having surgery done end of may now after tax season and my hubby will be out of school and can focus on helping me recover. I'm glad he's finally come around and willing I go through this together but another waiting period... Feel like I've been waiting forever!
  9. I'm so very happy! I just told my boyfriend about the surgery and he said he will support be 100% even though he doesn't know how he feels about it personally, he knows its what I feel will help me get healthier. Tons of relief off my shoulders... A little over 3 weeks til surgery! Still gotta get stuff for liquid diet (15 days!) and pre op appt set up.. Can't believe it's finally happening!
  10. Yeah no kidding! Mine is 24 days away and I don't know how to feel about it! I still haven't broke the news to my bf cause he's set against me having it done and almost broke up with me over it and we have a house together.. I think he'll come around he's just worried. But I am SO ready for this change! I know it's gonna be hard but I'm really focused on making this change
  11. Hi all! I haven't posted on here in a while but I thought I'd let everyone know I've finally put in for surgery; in January! It'll be the week of January 14th I'm not sure the exact date yet but after 9 months of researching and testing, it is time to make that change!
  12. I've been second guessing myself lately and getting scared cause it will be a life changer and I can't see myself thin and it's taking a toll on me mentally. I've gotten all my doctor appointments out of the way and have just been waiting for break in between semesters at school. But now, last month I had to have a surgery because I kept having pain in my lower abdomen and my doctor says I have atypical endometriosis and it couldn't be taken out because it was on a blood vessel and have to have 6 month treatment of Lupron to put me through menopause (I'm only 22!!) and I'm not sure how this will effect my surgery :/ I just want this to happen already!!!!!!! Any one else have this or know anything on the topic and how it will effect my surgery or having future children??
  13. Awe that's cute. I would love to be able to have my boyfriend be able to carry me into the house or even better after we get married (10.11.14) so hopefully it will be able to happen!
