I made it!!! The gas pain is terrible and I'm on some strong stuff. So I will share more later. Good luck to all the Wednesday ops. -
People just don't realize. Your boss still prolly doesn't realize. Next time they hand out shirts and you will be even smaller! You can say "excuse me but this way too big!"

You guys are making me hungry!! My nutritionist made tuna and pickles for us with plain Greek yogurt for some added protein and it was good! And I love pickle dogs too. Our family fave is dried beef w cream cheese.

Idk it depends. Were they friendly to you when you were overweight? Did you feel bad about yourself around them before weight loss? If you weren't good enough for them before, then move on. If it's just a matter of never having 'made your move' before then I say go for it! -
I wish I had good advice on how to pass the time but not really...but browsing these boards has been a great way to pass the time with like minded people. Good luck!

Yup it does. There are a few close points but not within walking distance. I looked it up. It's actually 21 miles but then turns into another 20 mile trail once it hits the mason Dixon line! I'm ex army and there should be limitations as to where you can go so I would find some other wives and they can show you the ropes. There will probably be a gym there too. Good luck! -

Thanks! There is a park a minute away the problem is it has killer hills so I prob won't do it for the first few weeks. Our town has an amazing 30 mile long rail trail that is flat and I've been looking to checking it out (in small pieces of course!). That will be something I can do with my kids hopefully before work! -

Do you still have your gallbladder? I know many get gb complications which can actually refer pain to your shoulders.

I would see what the post op requirements are? Will you be on low carb or clear liquids for long? Will you be in a blenderized phase long? If so you may want to invest in a blender. I bought a few new blender/shaker bottles and a magic bullet, baby spoons, and tiny Tupperware containers. -

Other than just starting to look at eggface, I don't really look at other online groups. He looks amazing! Must exercise lots! Does he have a blog bc I'd love to hear about his motivation!
