  2. I can say one thing. No matter what u will go through. it is going to change your life. I am 11 months after and 149 pounds lighter. i feel amazing. this is the 2nd best achievment in my life. the 1st best achievment was getting married. The first 6 first weeks were the most difficult, some weired sensation in stomich at the begginig before have the staples taking out, allot of dehydration and weekneses for a few weeks. it all went away after 6 weeks. Good luck.
  3. Happy new year to you too. I am invited to my sister as well. the food there will be amazing i know. what i will do is tast a bit of each food and when i feel my stomich telling me to stop then i will stop right away. Shana tova umetuka.

    Yes indeed. it take time. i am allmost 5 month, i feel great. eating allmost all normal food just in small quantity. give it time drink allot if water. be strong. it will all come to normal. you will love your new look.

    In Canada its free but years of waiting. hhhh i waited 7 years. when they called me a few months ago i completely forgot i was waiting for this surgery. funny !!!

    Looking Sick...

    i think its normal at the beginning, that after a few month we still look weired because the weight lose is not proportional and the face looks pale. but it all will go away. you have to be proud that you got this opportunity to do the surgery. you have to understand as well that when people know you as a big person and all of a sudden your face look thin as a fish, it looks weired to them. everyone will allways compliment you,.
  7. same thing for me. i have been told it because i dont consume enough calories. but i think it is because the body is in shock. it will continue burning the fars for sure. i only took down 1.5 pound in the last 2 weeks.

    Biking After Surgery

    i am 10 weeks post op and still have difficulty exercising at the gym. main problem is disiness and breathless. take it easy start doing exercising in a controlled area, so u can be assured that if u need help u can get it. good luck on your journey

    Leg Pains

    I have numbness and tikling in my left knee. it happend after a surgery i had on it. they fixed a tendant tare . it happend 4 years a go and the numbness gradually went down. what i did is some exercise in bed . i searched youtube for some exercises i can do for people who had a tendant repair in the knee. just remember that if you exercise the numbness area it should be a gentil exercise. good luck.

  13. i got this light headed and disiness for allmost 7 weeks after surgery. it is a normal step. when i started to drink more it became better. what help me more is mixing my water with electrolyte powder i buy at the pharmacy. i am on my 8 week and still get a bit of disiness when i over exercise at the gym. i recommend taking it easy and drink the water with electrolytes.

    Taking Pills

    i was taking small pills 2 days after. the doctor give me B12 to take. i had no problem swalloing it.
