  1. Divide calories by 3 and then multiply times two. That is how I would do it, thrre are also apps that can help ou figure it out. Hope this helps.

  4. I am frim Miami & I have a wonderful surgeon that works for a hospital that is a Center of Excellence for bariatric surgery's. Not that far of a drive if you cannot find antone in Tampa, let me know and I will send you the info.

  9. IMO if my dr says it is okay, that is what I go by. I eat it all the time.
  10. No clue in my practice there are three and each one is different from food to how the operate. For instance two of them do not put in drains and mine does.
  11. Hi good luck, same thing happen to me when I had my RNY back in 2004 and it ended up being internal hemmoroids that developed from the surgery itself I was in for a week and it never occured again.

Well i definetly have been recommended by everyone chapstick, my spirometer that I got at the pre-op seminar my furry sandals to walk, walk, walk, comfy clothes to go home in because i will have a drain, my eye glasses and case (not going to bother with contacts) toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and unscented lotion. I plan on wearing their gown till I leave. Oh and me cell cannot be without that!
