I am going crazy with all different people on other support boards telling me what i have to take and yet all theirs are different. I was so stressed out i turned my phone off for two nights. I was just asking where most people get theirs from any SUGGESTIONS I would love to hear. Thank you

I just purchased Champion whey protein plus for after surgery in Strawberry Sundae andbody tried this and anything else I should have at home besides propel, sf pops and jello? Finally got all the vitamins but I do know that I won't be able to start vitamins right away.

Just got my surgery date, Jan 20th, bypass, im looking for a buddy/penpal for moral support. Anyone else having bypass around that date?
