  1. I converted to RNY on 5/7/12. I am losing Slow and have no regrets. My surgeon took my band out and would not convert for six months. My friend has a different surgeon and it is being done in one surgery. Find a competent surgeon who knows what they are doing and that you trust. Good luck
  2. Hi!!! I am new here. I am 5 weeks post op. my nutritionist is concerned about my low calorie intake I am currently using myfitnesspal to track my food, water, and excerise and am wondering what others use? I have a smaller than average pouch and there are concerns that it may not stretch normally. I am looking for a program that I can set my intake goals. I am making myfitnesspal work just wondering if others have a better option
