  1. I haven't found a chewable, but I guess I was long enough post surgery that I was allowed to swallow a small pill. My surgery was 2 years ago, and I started taking it about 6 - 8 months post op.
  2. Someone told me to take biotin, which seemed to help, as my hair is now better than before surgery. Good luck.
  3. Hi there! I live in Gloucester too. I just found tis app today. When and where do you walk? I especially like the Boulevard or Good Harbor. I try to either go to the gym or walk after 4 p.m. On weekdays.
