  4. I was thinking the same thing I had surgery 10/3 lost only 11 pounds but I have found it hard to get the Protein in, so my goal today is to get it in no matter what. I feel really good.

  7. Yes! Had surgery 10/3. Nurse told me i was eating too much and too fast as well as drinking too fast asso i cut my meals in half and slowed down eating actually taking the 20 minutes and went back to using the one oz cup to sip my liquids. Its much better now.
