  1. I would say get weight loss surgery for dummies as well, I've heard that is really good. I would totally focus on getting your water in and some protein, That muscle milk should be fine. What I think is more odd is that he isn't telling you to take your vitamins. If I were you I would start taking multivitamins, calcium citrate, iron and B-12. Just because he didn't tell you to take it doesn't mean it'll hurt! just make sure it's chewable or liquid. also, if you eat and feel like you are going to throw up I notice that B-1 really helped me. I am not a doctor, I can only tell you what I would do.
