  1. Are you serious? You can still have pancakes after Roux en Y gastric bypass? At what point can you do this? I was told things like that would be too hard to digest unless there's a special way to cook them. Please tell me if there is. I really want to know. Thanks.
  2. I'm only 6 days out. I dont get hungry anymore. My dad made pancakes for the family on Saturday and I had no problem resisting them even as I watched them get made. I'm really amazed that it didn't make me salivate with hunger. I do get thirsty though and I used to be a big gulper. Drinking in sips is what I find hard.
