  1. Ok- not sure if I ate too fast or too much- pain in my chest and back- how long does this last?? It was aroun 2pm- 3 hours ago..
  2. Same thing happened to me- had the rash head to toe- that was more miserable than the pain.. So itchy.. Benedryl helps!! Take care!!!
  3. Had surgery at Portsmouth hospital.
  4. What can I do if my potassium levels are low?? I'm not able to have fruits/veggies yet..!

  6. I also had 2 c-sections and this recovery was much easier.
  7. Odiemom- you made me cry.. I have an 11 year old son- who will be 12 on Saturday- and he is one of the main reasons.. He wants me to go on roller coasters with him- and play basketball.. I Also have a 2 year old (and I will be 41 this summer)- I need to be around a long time for my boys!! Have a good recovery!! Keep us posted!! Take care!!
  8. It gets better everyday.. This site is helpful and very supportive.. Use it!! Any time of day!! We can all get thru this!! Take care of yourself- physically and mentally!!
  9. I remember seeing a post a few days ago of someone being checked for a hernia.. Did you get checked out??? What is the pain like??
  10. Make sure you're getting in enough protien!!! Sometimes you need to eat a little more to see a drop.. But a lot could be muscle now. Measure yourself too- those numbers shrinking will make you feel good!! Good luck
  11. I gained 8lbs in the hospital. It comes off fast. I've lost 25lbs since I've been home (2 weeks tomorrow).

  13. My hubby is pretty supportive so far.. But gets in remarks of what will happen one I've lost all my weight.. But I also have a close friend who gets in her shots saying I can't be her drinking buddy anymore.. The next few months could be very interesting..
  14. I was also told to take sugar free milk of mag or metimucil to help.. Pain meds and protien are goin to reek havoc on our systems for a bit.. We can do this!!

  16. OMG!! I finally found a good strawberry shake.. Tons of protien and is delicious!! I highly recommend!!!
  17. Thank-you.. It's a freak thing- a ruptured ovarian cyst.. No leak!! Getting some strong pain meds- no surgery or scope needed!! Phew!!
  18. I'm nervous.. 2 weeks post op- horrible pain in my stomach- waiting for a CT scan now.. Little scared!!!

  23. I've been walking a lot- but I also have a toddler- and I have probably picked him up/helped him up more than I should.. I also went back to work a week after discharged from hospital.. How long did you all go back after surgery???
  24. It's not in my chest- it's at my waist- like 2-3 inches right of my belly button..
  25. What the heck is that?? I'm ok if I stay still- but the second I try to bend- stand or walk.. Ugh!! Scary!!
