Bummed Out!

Can't get all my water in, can't get my 60 grams of protein in and can't go #2. This is all making me extremely exhausted. Boooooo!!! :-(

    I was also told to take sugar free milk of mag or metimucil to help.. Pain meds and protien are goin to reek havoc on our systems for a bit.. We can do this!!

How many days/weeks post op are you?

I am 4 weeks post op and am having your same issues. I had an upper gi yesterday, and I have extreme amounts of acid. I go to my surgeon tomorrow.

@vamp 4 weeks post op. I guess I'll make a call to the doc.

I didn't know acid would cause this but I did have GERD before the surgery.

I still have a problem getting all my water in I get about 40-50 ozs of water in daily! I'm 5 months out!

Thank you. I had GERD before also. Right now I'm on a PPI and OTC meds for it. I am interested to see what they say tomorrow.
