    Bodybugg users report here!

Well have had the bug for some time now and have been very loyal I mean I wear it everywhere except in shower of course. I have been logging foods and I am sure that I am logging correct calories consumed if not I log extra calories to be on the safe side. I am always in a deficit at least 1300+ every day and I’m just not losing according to their math 3500 calories = 1 pound just isn’t happening for me I should be losing about 1 pound every 2 days but am not, instead plateau for almost 3 or 4 weeks now stuck at 223-225. I don’t eat much maybe no more than 1400 calories on a good day but usually less than 1000 calories a day. I don’t like protein shakes so I don’t take them. I mean I see what I am burning just not adding up losing some hope here. I am not sure if I read this somewhere but I remember reading that Lapband or gastric patients that the bug works a little different so the math isn’t quite the same for us and normal people. Is this true?
  4. Usually the doc will let you know that breads a bit hard to pass through the band. I have been banded for almost a year I have tried all sorts of varieties of breads and nothing seemed until I stopped at a Greek restaurant and tried some pita bread and it actually went down fine
  5. I’m glad i read this today because i thought i was the only one with these issues. I started at 360 now down to 227 and still losing. My first weight goal was 220 i told myself if i can get to 220 i will not push myself any harder, but now my new goal is 180 because i still feel heavy and look the same... yes the scale is going down and the sizes have went from a 4X to a medium but i still don’t see that in the mirror, so now I am asking myself if I get to 180 will I set a new goal like 160? And so on? Is that normal? ahhh to many questions

Who Has Lost Over 100 Pounds?!?!

Yes 100 is possible you can do it. I did it in less than 10 months not even a year and have lost over 130 pounds. It’s realistic and anybody can do it. I was banded on September 19th 2006 in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Bakersfield</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">CA</st1:State></st1:place> by Dr Naik and everything has been great. I do work out and also watch what I eat. Here are my numbers <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> Banded 9-19-06 Weight= 360 <o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> Current 7-4-07 Weight=228 <o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> I have lost a lot and am loving it. little photoshop editing in the background :clap2:
