Last week 222 This week 218 Started My monthly friend and Still having a horrible time with constipation. Trying miralax anyone one have any suggestions.

End up in emergeny for constipation. I take My fiber but haven't been again on 10 days. What do you all do if you have this problem.

I hate the twin labs chewable calcium citrate and I'm 5 wks post So I tried the pill form and the get stuck. Does anyone have one the love. I'm not taking all I should and I know I need to.

Had a diet snapple today it didn't say it had any sugar in it anyone know of its ok. It was the diet rasberry tea.

That's what they told me it was suppose to be like 3200 they said I could make payments I got to the hospital and it was 450.00. I will probably get a bill in the mail.
