  10. Omg I dumped for the first time last night and I thought I was going to die. I had some cream of wheat with Splenda. It was so yummy and like 10 minutes after eating it, I started getting hot and my heart was pounding in my chest. I run to bathroom to give birth to everything I have ever eaten my life. I was dry heaving during the whole ordeal. Good news is I lost 2lbs from the dumping. Never again...cream of wheat is the enemy..what was I thinking?
