  11. I do walk...and a stationary bike at home. I do an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. I started the free memberships circuit to get some resistance training in for skin tightening. It really helps Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
  12. 6 month milestone was yesterday. I started at 285 lbs. I now weigh 204 lbs. My personal goal was to be at 200 lbs at this mark. Its been slow to come off for me but I am grateful. Also my monthly was this week so I don't know if that kept me from my goal but I cried myself to sleep last night because I have worked soooo very hard at this. I exercise feverishly yet reading these posts everyone else results are so much greater than mine. (So it seems). When I look in the mirror I still see myself 81 lbs ago. The stressful state of mind when the scale doesn't move for a week is overwhelming. I think its time to change up my workout routine. I really wish that I could afford a gym membership. I tried a free week at curves and really liked it. I'm gonna try a free week at fitness 19 next week...maybe that will get the scale moving again Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
  13. What are the diet guidelines for the sleeve? I'm not familiar with that wls...does that also include the bypass part of the surgery? Or is it just removal of part of the stomach? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
  14. Prenatal Vitamins are free at a lot if pharmacies with a prescription. My surgeon wrote me a script for a year. Really helps with the cost of supplements... Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

  16. My was low until month 4 when I added complex carbs. You know like bread, Pasta and rice. I was often light-headed and dizzy before I added two small servings a day per nutritionist orders Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk

  18. I double scoop all Protein shakes. I get approximately 100grams of protein daily...once I did this the shedding stopped right away. Plus weight loss picked up. Everything I in jest nowadays has some protein or I don't eat it. I'm 5 months out. hair loss is a protein deficiency I was told by a dermatologist. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using RNYTalk
