Hi Summer. I just had my surgery to on 2-22-12. I am a little over a week post op. i have been overweight starting in the 5th grade. Done every diet out there, finally decided to get the bypass after having my kids. How are you doing?? I have been having hunger issues but other than that things seem to be well.

Yes, like adot said you have to do whats best for you. Im still week one post op so its hard for me to say much about how things will be but i do know this has been a very difficult week being on clear liquids, having pain, not being able to eat. I've cried every night this week but i dont regret getting the surgery. Its just something i need to overcome! Hopefully i will start seeing the results and once i get to the pureed foid stage, it might get better!

Hi. I had the gastric bypass 8 days ago and i am also losing about 2 to 3 pounds a day but it is so hard for me. I find myself being very hungry and watching my family eat is also hard. Is anyone else finding that they are hungry???
