  6. Hi all. i'm just wondering about how many calories everyone is eating. I'm 4 months post op and I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I try and watch and be careful, but I admit I have given into my sweet tooth and had some of the mini 100 calorie ice cream sandwiches. I seem to be able to eat almost everything. I have not and will not try anything fried. I keep telling myself not to eat since that's how I got fat in the first place. I seem to be eating around 1100 to 1200 calories per day and yes I'm getting in all of my protein and water and I exercise with a trainer 3 days a week. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
  7. I eat out every night. It's just me and my husband, so I don't cook any more. Before we go, I check the nutrient content on wherever we're going so I'll know what to order and how much I can eat. I hope that helps.
  8. I've gone from a 44C to a 40C, and I think I'm about ready for a 38B
  9. I have no clue what something like that would cost, but I'm sure I'll find out in time. LOL
  10. SUPERB! The closer I get to onederland the harder I try.
  11. Mamio. I don't think they look too bad at all.
  12. Sorry you're having troubles. If you want a glass of wine, try it. Sip slowly and make sure you drink it at home.
  13. HI all! I just have to share with you what I've done. I had a hair follicle transplant last week. My hair on top has always been thin, and as I get older it gets thinner. It runs in the family. So as part of my self improvement journey, I went to Bosley and had a transplant. I can't decide if I want to do veneers on my teeth next or a breast lift. I'm planning on getting permanent makeup next week. So jazzed!
  14. Patty, you might try to increase your intake. I know it sounds crazy, but your body might have went into starvation mode and could be holding on to everything. I. Would also take one Senakot tablet to get your system moving again. Hope that helps. Keep us posted.
  15. New Carrie, sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried decaf green tea? It tends to settle the stomach without calories or caffeine. I get my fluids in that way. Keep us posted, please.
  16. I've lost 66 lbs so far, but my arms are gross! I work out at the gym, but this bit of ugly just doesn't want to go away. Suggestions, anyone?
  17. You're looking good! Big difference!
  18. So if we can stretch it out, can we shrink it again?
  19. You may be right. I've had an adjustment and 2 massages. Right now I'm having a relationship with Mr. Gay....Ben Gay, that is. I probably need to get a new mattress, I just hate to spend the money. Thanks for the suggestion!
