Back Pain

Have any of you had back pain? I'm 3 months out and I've lost 67 lbs. my back is killing me!

You may be right. I've had an adjustment and 2 massages. Right now I'm having a relationship with Mr. Gay....Ben Gay, that is. I probably need to get a new mattress, I just hate to spend the money. :rolleyes:

Have u tried memory foam mattresses? I'm still pre-op but I've had back pain for years. Recently I purchased a king size memory foam from amazon for about $330 and the frame from ikea for around $200 and I've been pain free since!

I always had back problems. It will never go away but my knee stop hurting.

Sounds like you need adjustment from a chiropractor. Your body is changing. I just got the OK from my doctor to resume monthly adjustments. With out Dr Lowry I wouldn't be able to move.

Just something to think about
